Hi! My name is Andrew and I’m from Chappaqua, New York. I’m a Sophomore majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a Dyson Business minor. On campus, I’m involved in a variety of organizations. My primary ones are DEBUT, a biomedical device project team, Biomedical Engineering Society, where I’m the Professional Development Chair, and Greek Life, where I’m the Treasurer of my fraternity. Hi! I’m Stanley. I’m from Corona, NY and am a junior majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering. My favorite Cornell Dairy ice cream flavor is Bavarian Raspberry Fudge. Some clubs I’m a part of are the Cornell Pro-Yos, a Chinese yoyo/diabolo performance group, of which I’m a secretary for and the Engineering Ambassadors, where I give tours to prospective engineering students! On campus, she is also a resident advisor on North Campus and the Analysis subteam lead of Concrete Canoe, an engineering project team. My name is Melissa! I am from Rochester, NY, studying Chemical Engineering. On campus, I am part of the AguaClara research project team and the Therapy Thru Music club. I also live in cooperative housing (Triphammer Cooperative) and love to cook, run, and go on spontaneous adventures with my housemates. Around Ithaca, I enjoy biking (I recently discovered the Black Diamond Trail that goes from Ithaca to Taughannock Falls!), picking fruits (when I stayed here one summer), and watching the sunset. Hi! My name is Harleen and I am majoring in mechanical engineering. I am originally from outside of Philadelphia, PA. On campus, I work as an undergraduate researcher in the Dr. Andarawis-Puri Lab where I investigate the use of exercise in repairing damaged tendons. Since my sophomore year, I have served as the High School Outreach coordinator for the Society of Women Engineers at Cornell. As the coordinator, I lead a team to plan various events to introduce engineering to high school girls through hands-on activities and guest speakers. Read more
