Why you choose Cornell Engineering?
I chose to attend Cornell Engineering mainly because of its collaborative environment. I wanted to be challenged by classes and at the same time learn from my peers. After touring the campus and talking with engineering students at the time, I realized this was the perfect fit for me.

What is your favorite thing about Cornell Engineering?
My favorite thing about Cornell Engineering is the flexibility it affords you to explore your major. There are hundreds of classes ranging from introductory undergraduate to graduate level that allow you to not only learn about a topic but also challenge you to think differently about your interests, goals and what impact you can have in your field.

What do you do outside of the classroom?
Outside of classes, I was involved in independent research in the Cornell Computer Graphics lab. As an undergraduate researcher, I got a chance to be mentored by a professor and apply the things I learned about in my classes. Besides research, I loved hiking around the numerous trails in Ithaca, rock climbing at Lindseth and giving Engineering Quad tours as an Engineering Ambassador.
