Why you choose Cornell Engineering?
I chose Cornell because it’s a large university with a small-town feel. Ithaca is also very beautiful. There are so many paths you can take on your academic journey here. Cornell Engineering in particular allows all students to have a well-rounded background in engineering skills with the Common Curriculum and then explore their majors further. In addition, Cornell has amazing faculty and staff who truly care about our success as students.

What is your favorite thing about Cornell Engineering?
I feel a strong sense of camaraderie among everyone here. Through group projects, interactions during office hours, or just simply hanging around Duffield Atrium, I have made many friends and learned much from them.

What do you do outside of the classroom?
I am passionate about the environment and am in the Residential Sustainability Leaders program. I am also part of the Amateur Radio Club at Cornell and an EAS-focused project team. In my free time, I enjoy learning about other cultures, especially through language, music, and cooking!
